Conway Clinic Staff
The Conway Clinic is staffed with the most friendly, courteous, and professional chiropractic assistants. They are here for one thing - to help you. They will assist you in scheduling your first appointment and giving you detailed directions to our clinic. Since we have a TEAM attitude many of our staff members will be assisting you in different areas of your visit to help were ever it is needed.
All information provided to any of our staff members will be kept personal and secure because we understand that it is done so in strict confidence. This principle is held in the highest regard so that you get the proper help you are looking for, without any limitations.
Mary Conway
Position: Front Desk & Chiropractic Assistant, 24 years with Conway Clinic
Mary, a licensed nurse, has worked as a Medical/Surgical nurse at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital in Wilkes-Barre, PA; as well as at the Spartanburg General Hospital in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Mary will assist you in booking your appointments, and completing your intake paperwork, and answering any general questions you may have. Mary also assists Dr. Conway with many different patient treatments.

Dorothy DePhillips
Position: Therapy/Rehab Department & Chiropractic Assistant, 13 years with Conway Clinic
Dorothy, a licensed practical nurse, has worked at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Dorothy will not only be assisting with your treatments and therapy, but also with your rehabilitation needs after you are out of pain. Dorothy also helps Dr. Conway with his Sports Training Program and will work one-on-one with you while you train at Conway Clinic.
Shannon Conway
Position: Accounts Manager & Insurance Department, 2 years with Conway Clinic
Shannon, a recent graduate of Temple University, handles the patient and insurance billing for Conway Clinic. On your first visit she will check on your insurance benefits, and explain them to you so that you will be aware of what type of coverage you have. She will be happy to answer any questions you may have about our financial or insurance policies.
